I tend to get anxiety when getting dental work done. Dr. Han made it an extremely pleasant visit when getting a new filling. Will be going back next week for more dental work! Glad I found a great dentist!

Dr. Angela Han graduated from Andrews University with her Bachelor of Science in Biology and continued on to Loma Linda University School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She was honored with the clinic award for excellence in clinic performance, care, and compassion for patients. She has traveled to multiple countries overseas to participate in mission trips to serve underprivileged communities with dental care. Dr. Han is compassionate about taking care of her patients which is reflective in her personable patient rapport. She began practicing dentistry in southern California. After relocating to Dallas, she is happy to be an associate at Dental Arts of Plano!

MG....Where do I begin?
I had an appointment to get 2 of my teeth pulled (one top and one bottom). I'm in excruciatingly pain and have swelling so at this point I don't care I just want them out of my mouth.
I go in on a Friday morning and do the normal process of checkin, handing over my drivers license and other info for dental treatment.
Then I go in to get that x-rays and then meet the dentist Dr. Han to go over my x-rays and options.
After agreeing to options, I'm taken to the front to finalize everything and pay.
Here's where it went sour.
I mention that I want it pulled but later I will get implants. At this time I couldnt fork out the 1k plus for the procedure and was in pain so I just wanted them out.
So the young lady goes back to Mrs. Han and lets her know I don't want anything else but extractions.
At this point I have paid for the services.
The young lady comes back and said "we can't provide services to you today".
WHAT THE HECK......
I'm upset, in pain and out of money.
I was also told the dentist doesn't feel comfortable providing services to me.
Remember I had an appt, we agreed to extractions and I paid.
So I simply asked for my money back.
They asked forme tocome back Monday and I wouldn't need a refund, I said NO refund now please and you can schedule me.
They subtract their portion and reverse the card.
I left and found another dentist who did 2 root canals for me, a thorough examination and understood my horrible ordeal and worked with me now new budget and now I'm good.
I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
P.S. I was told they close early on Friday so perhaps thats why she now didn't want to do services.
