I didn't like the fact that I had to go back and have my cleaning on a separate day. I also didn't like the fact that they only polished my teeth after I told them I couldn't do a deep cleaning that day because of cost. I didn't receive a regular cleaning instead.I was also not used to seeing the financial secretary before treatment took place. I understand you want patients to be aware of the cost but t was very overwhelming for a new patient.
