I did not like this dentist she was cold, unapproachable and not really willing to do anything to help my son. When she saw my son's teeth which btw I stated that he has been carelessly not wanting to brush his teeth in advanced. She immediately stated that he needed to be have a major cleaning because minors don't really need too much attention to their teeth only a light brushing when they are seen. #1 What the heck is she talking about!!!! All my boys always get xrays the minute they walk in especially if it is the first time in order for the dentist to evaluate the condition of their teeth just in case there is something that needs to be done or prevented in the near future. She did not even do the xrays!!! #2 she got up immediately and just walked away once she notice how poorly my son's teeth were (too much plaque not to the point that you have to scream and run but yeah some tartar and plaque yellow stain on the bottom of his teeth). #3 she kept stating that the insurance was not going to pay for it. #4 she then has the front desk receptionist which btw she was amazing, she is kind, friendly and very intuitive when it came to assisting me. She came to the room where the dentist left me and she spoke to me that there are 4 quadrants and each quadrant was a certain amount and the total would be blank amount. I politely told her I was not expecting this much money especially when I have insurance she then recommended that I apply for a credit from some company there which I told her that I would need to look it over and speak to my hubby about this expense. The dentist no where to be found at all. As I was walking out she popped up and told me we can do it and put a claim to the insurance but they are not going to approve it because of his age... I just looked at her and told her I was already given several options and I will look into it. I did not want to be rude to the front desk receptionist when she offer to reschedule me to another date and I did reschedule out politeness but definetely not going there again.
I do not understand where these 5 stars come from because the other issue was the time. I got there at 9:40 am my appt was at 10:00 am I was seen at 10:45 am. I walked in my son sat and it lasted no longer than 5 minutes. Very disgusted with this dentist, I would not recommend her at all. dentist insurance suck because they don't give you a wide variety of doctors to choose from and the ones they have are not reliable as you can read from this review. i wasted my time heading over there, my son missed 3 of his classes from middle school and i left so frustrated, irritated and really down. i don't understand why people like her are in a career that involves dealing with the public. she does not belong in this career path she need to re-evaluate herself and make a better first impression to the patients and be kinder, friendlier and more attentive towards the needs of the patient not the money!
every doctor should take a moment a look at the new tv series : New Amsterdam on NBC where one doctor is breaking all the rules to be more attentive towards the patients rather than the money.. I know everyone is entitle to their own opinion and that is why I am taking the time to assist the public to really take the time not to let people like this dentist really ruin their day simply because of the interest of money rather than for the care of the patient.
we pay for our insurance out of pocket and it is already expensive enough and to have to go to a place that wants to take more of it and not do their job is definetely a NO NO NO for me....

Do not use this dentist. They told me prices up front, ahead of time which I paid immediately but a few months later they sent me a huge bill. When I called they told me it wasn't their problem. Not worth it. There are others out there that are truthful.

Very kind and very professional , she let me know exactly what was needed and the cost was broken down for everything . Very friendly and knowledgable . I was terrified of dentists and she made it very easy to go ! Doesn't try to charge for nonsense . Clean office and very friendly staff as well . Also got in and seen on time for my appt. definitely recommend her for anyone who may be uneasy about dental work !

The office was clean, the staff was courteous, however Dr Reddy was rough and my gum was sore for over a week, for a crown. This has never happened with any other dentist I have used so I will not return there.

In all my 43 yrs I've never had a dentist that thoroughly examind me. She is very knowledgeable at her craft, extremely professional, gentle but thorough, and a great bedside manner. Her office staff is great and the place runs like a well oiled machine.
