Hard to find a great dentist but she was great. Had not been to the dentist in years and had to get a deep cleaning and cavity filled and it was virtually painless. Super clean modern office. Great view while you’re getting a cleaning!

There was a scheduling mixup that resulted in me taking time off work for an appointment they had not added to their books from the Zocdoc app. Nothing was done to “make right” the fact that I had to take off work twice for one appointment. However, once I? came back for an additional appointment, the services were great. They are experts in the field and are very thorough. The office has a relaxing atmosphere and the people are sweet.

She enjoys getting to know her patients and strives to pay careful attention to her patients’ dental concerns. She makes sure that her patients receive the utmost quality of care with her attention to detail and utilization of the latest equipment and advances in the field. Dr. Thompson understands that many patients have dental anxiety, and is able to calm even the most dental phobic patients with her genuine caring nature.
Dr. Thompson graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, and was awarded the Highest Academic Achievement Award and membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. She obtains well above the yearly board requirement in continuing education and is enthusiastic about incorporating the latest technology, such as metal-free restorations, implant restoration, laser dentistry, digital x-rays, and Invisalign into her dental practice to better serve her patients. Dr. Thompson practiced dentistry in Round Rock, TX and central Austin before opening her own private practice, where she currently serves patients from all over Austin and the surrounding communities. Dr. Thompson dedicates herself to promoting oral health and preventative dentistry, and has volunteered her dental services both locally and abroad in Haiti. When Dr. Thompson isn’t practicing dentistry, she enjoys traveling, music, and outdoor activities, but most of all spending time with her husband, friends, and family. Dr. Thompson is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Capital Area Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Women of Austin Dental Society.

The modern, inviting waiting area and the warmth of the lovely receptionist immediately put you at ease. On the day I visited, there was no wait and Dr. Thompson came to see me soon after x-rays of the problem tooth were taken. She diagnosed and explained each part of the plan to correct it, and I scheduled a follow-up apptmt. in the near future. State of the art equipment and set-up. Delightful RDA did all prep work prior to mtg. Dr. Thompson and helped me feel a little less nervous about my visit.

Dr. Thompson's office is well equipped with all the latest technology so everything is fast and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, everyone was so nice. They are friendly and really make you feel welcome. Dr. Thompson is very gentle and explains the procedures thoroughly before she begins, she's attentive and kind. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is uneasy about dental procedures.

Not only was the staff welcoming, calming, and friendly, but the office was also a relaxing environment that put me at ease. The massage chair while getting my teeth cleaned was an added extra to the beautiful views. I recommend this office to all my friends and family and especially to new or nervous patients.

I had neglected my teeth for a while, so when I saw Dr. Thompson I needed extensive work done. Dr. Thompson is the gentlest Dentist I have ever seen. She is also extremely attuned to how and what the patient is feeling. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson! I have seen many different dentists in my life, and no one else comes close!!!

This is the nicest dentist office I've ever been to. It is so clean and feels like home! Dr. Thompson is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and has the latest tools that keep you informed during your visit. Choose between greenbelt views or a TV show on the monitor all while enjoying a massage in the chair. Thompson Dentistry makes an otherwise rough experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable! I loved my experience from the moment I walked through the door. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and her practice!

Nicest dental office I've ever been to! Seriously! Very friendly staff and the view is gorgeous. I usually don't think "luxury" when I'm at a dentist's office, but this place is very impressive. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

I have seen Dr. Thompson several times and they have all been wonderful. Thompson Dentistry provides a comfortable atmosphere that sets me at ease the moment I walk into their office. I'm always welcomed by their friendly receptionist and invited to relax on their comfortable couches with a cup of tea provided in the reception area. Dr. Thompson's assistant is also always sure to greet me with a smile and engages me in a warm, friendly conversation while she preps me for my exam. Dr. Thompson is warm, friendly, professional, & always listens to any concerns or questions I have. She is very thorough in her examinations & at my last visit she caught a possible trouble area before it had even started to bother me. Not to mention, all of this is being done while I sit in a gentle massaging chair, watching a TV show of my choice or gazing out onto the beautiful hill country view!
