**Please note that, although we are a fee-for-service practice, we gladly accept payment from all PPO dental insurances. We obtain a comprehensive breakdown of benefits for each new patient so that we can estimate your out-of-pocket expenses ahead of time. Many insurances will cover similarly for both in and out of network practices, often times covering in full for all preventative and diagnostic services.
Dr. Truong received her doctoral degree from the New York University College of Dentistry. Following her graduation from NYUCD, Dr. Truong completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Temple Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia. She had further training and graduated from a one year American Academy of Implant Dentistry Surgical and Restorative Implant Maxicourse Program at NYU.
She is now committed to ongoing dental education in order to bring the latest techniques, technologies, and materials to her patients with a primary focus on cosmetic and implant restorative dentistry. She is currently taking numerous courses through the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is a member of the NYSDA, the Dental Study Club of NY, and the Frank Spear club, all of which enable her to discuss progressive treatment options with her peers.
Dr. Truong brings a gentle, caring manner to the practice. She is focused on educating and communicating with her patients in order to best tailor treatment to their individual needs.
In her leisure time, she loves reading, hiking, salsa dancing, and volunteers with young students for Community Word Project, an organization integrating arts into education.

I had to wait about 10-15 minutes, which was not horrible, although I wish I didn't have to wait at all.
On the bright side, Dr. Truong was very sweet! She was very informative during my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
I will definitely be returning!

Very prompt and efficient. The location is a little out of the way, but close to upper mid-town east. Dr. Troung was great, she explained everything, answered all my questions and she did the work herself! She did not try to sell me on anything, the visit was all about me. I’ll definitely be going back and will be recommending her to anyone who asks.

I have been to Dr. Truong's office three times. So far, i have only done cleaning and a minor job, but I am very comfortable with her. The wait time was about 10 minutes on average. She did the cleaning herself (not like in other dentist offices where a technician does cleaning). She took her time doing it (longer than my previous dentists) and was pleasant and thorough.

Dr. Truong was awesome! First dentist I've ever liked. The only negative was the office staff seemed a bit unorganized and they made me recomplete the forms even though I'd already done them through ZocDoc. Otherwise, I highly recommend Dr Truong.

Overpriced, a little to focussed on "optimizing revenue" . I m usually very careful but they added small surcharges here and there and voila I had a fat post-insurance bill for a simple filling even though I have amazing insurance. They also force you to pay on the spot, rather than send you an invoice over the mail so you dont really get a chance to compare with the insurance company's statement before you make a payment. I d avoid given the plethora of old school dentists in the market who arent so focussed on the short term.
