1. Dr Kohler has 40 yrs experience & his focus is quality of care over quantity
2. we accept ALL PPO insurances (MetLife, Cigna, etc) & Delta (Premier, PPO). We do not accept HMO or EPO.
3. we have 3x flexible repayment plan options

5. For self-pay patients, we have $129 new patient special (Dr exam, x-rays, cleaning) & in-house plan $320 p/yr covering all cleanings, x-rays, check ups & 15% off any dental work

DR ANTHONY J. KOHLER, DDS
Dr. Kohler is from Burlington, a small town in Wisconsin. The most famous person from Burlington is Tony Romo, quarterback for Dallas Cowboys. He moved to sunny AZ in 1986 and has been enjoying life here since then.
He completed his undergraduate degrees & dental school at the University of Minnesota & has continued his clinical education with hundreds of hours of courses in orthodontics, TMD / TMJ treatments, clinical dentistry, implantology & biological hollistic dentistry.
In addition, Dr. Kohler received a diploma in sleep apnea dentistry & is a member of International Academy of Biological Dentistry & Medicine (IABDM).
He likes spending time with his son Karl, worshiping at church on Sundays, ATV off-roading on weekends and looks forward to meeting you!

The staff was kind and the doctor was communicative. However, it felt strange that there was Invisalign branded equipment, signage, etc. everywhere and then I was 'coincidentally' pushed very hard to do it, especially at a steep price point compared to other clinics in the valley. The cleaning, x-rays, etc. were all wonderful and went smoothly, though!

The office staff was great! Very positive, light environment, the staff was super easy to talk to, the dentist was amazing, knowledgeable and easy to speak with, 10/10. This was the 1st dentist appointment that I've ever liked! Very cool experience, they've really leveled their game up for the customer's experience. Highly recommended!
