Only spent a few minutes with Dr Parrella himself. The cleaning, x-rays and most of the diagnostics was done by Marlo (Marlow?), one of the assistants. She was fantastic! Very informative, thorough, professional and pleasant. This office is apparently one of only 9 offices in MA that will show you a bacterial swab from your gums under a microscope, using that technique to identify problematic bacteria (in addition to the other, more standards practices). Highly recommended, so glad I went here.

Lynn has always been very professional and extremely personable. I've always felt comfortable and cared for, even when my kids visit. Care is always above and beyond the norm.

There are three major commitments to our patients that distinguish my practice from other dental practices.
1. My holistic commitment for better oral health. All our patients are screened for “bad”
Bacteria or gram negative anaerobic by using a sample of plaque taken from the patient’s mouth and placing under a phase microscope. This type of bacteria is very tissue invasive and a primary cause of bleeding gums, bone loss and periodontal disease. They have also been found to contribute to heart disease and have been found in alzheimer's disease. We treat this problem to help provide our patients with a healthier life and the need for less dental work. Slides for the bacterial screenings are only $20.00, when done with cleanings.
2. My commitment to conservative dental treatment. I don’t over treat my patients. We only do what is necessary.
3. My commitment to advance dental technology including digital x-rays, cad cam designed ceramic crowns in a day and laser dentistry which require no shots under the nose for anterior filling.
My staff is a team of thorough professionals that will give you common sense dentistry using advanced scientific techniques in a warm friendly environment.
