Ara himself had an aberrant bedside manner. He didn't talk to me politely or explain anything, he banged on my teeth to see where my pain was & told me he had too many patients to treat me as if I wasn't one of the patients who had an appointment. Only after I complained to the lady staff member was I properly evaluated & treated accordingly by the hygienist.
