Absolutely wonderful! I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, and everyone made sure I got the treatment I needed without being judgemental or condescending about it. The hygienist is kind and talkative, and everyone was very cognizant of my needs and made sure I wasn't in pain. Dr. Nasiry is great, and I completely trust her with my teeth and their future care! (They are also very upfront and honest about pricing, which is very appreciated.)

The wait was a little annoying. I completed my insurance and information within ZocDoc, with hopes that this would expedite the registration process. It didn't, I had to complete paperwork again and wait 40 minutes for insurance verification.
Besides that, Dr. Nasiry was great. I have some work I need to get done, and I'll definitely see her again.

Dr. Arezoo has been a practicing dentist since the year 2000. She graduated from Temple University and went on to do a one year advanced degree at University of California, San Francisco. She has trained in esthetic dentistry at UCLA; implant placement and restoration at NYU and continues to take education very seriously.
Along with practicing dentistry, Dr. Arezoo is also a lecturer and faculty member at the University of California, Los Angeles. She gets invited as a speaker at various events to educate others and demonstrate procedures. Additionally, along with her sister, Dr. Azy Nasiry, who is also a practicing dentist, she founded Empower Practice Inner Circle (EPIC), which is a mastermind group of female dentists working to encourage and support each other in this challenging industry.
Her goals are to provide professional and gentle dental care in a clean, friendly setting. She is passionate about helping other women in dentistry. She and her office have created a culture to go above and beyond to help patients get the dental care they need and deserve.
Her office, LA Dental Clinic, is located just a few miles NW of downtown Los Angeles. They accept PPO insurance and offer in-house financing options to patients. I was very disappointed by my experience. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, I asked the reception when I would be able see the doctor for my scheduled cleaning. I was told she was backed up and it would take another 20 minutes. There was also 3 other people sitting inside in a small waiting room. With the current Covid situation, I didn’t feel it was safe. Overall I would not recommend this an option.

This doctor gave me a surgery normally performed under general anesthesia while I was awake, didn't inform me until about a minute before the surgery this would be the case, and didn't give me enough local anesthesia to numb the pain. She said to stop her if I was experiencing any pain, and I did, but she just continued with the surgery. The male assistant kept putting his groin on my shoulder. I told him to stop twice, but he continued to do so. She gave me a medication for afterward that I can't have because of a condition I checked off on the forms, and when I called to ask about an alternative, the phone number is disconnected. I've been in a lot of pain since the surgery and the whole experience was very traumatic.

The entire team is absolutely amazing! Everyone is friendly and thorough, and the entire team has incredible bedside manner. It’s evident after one visit that this team truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

Arezoo and everyone in the office were very friendly, but it smelled absolutely awful. I could barely stand it.
I'm also concerned because my consultation resulted in a quote that showed they were going to bill me for the balance on fully covered in-network services. That's not how a PPO network works and I don't feel comfortable going back because I'm not interested in fighting unfair bills if they did send me one.

I went in for a dental cleaning. The cleaning itself was satisfactory but the questions they asked me made me think they were apathetic and didn't have the best knowledge. The dental hygienist asked me if I had taken my braces off myself (is this even a thing?) or professionally. The doctor didn't show me my xrays, didn't take the time to talk to me about all of the things she was telling the dental hygienist that I needed done. The doctor asked ME "why my teeth are so yellow" ....isn't she supposed to be the one diagnosing that? I had to tell her my old dentists diagnosis which was eroded enamel. She then suggested to do bleaching after prescribing me prescription strength fluoride because my teeth are extremely sensitive, which I asked "wouldn't that make my teeth more sensitive" (hello!! i have no enamel!!) She straight up said yes! I said "I don't want my teeth to hurt even more." She shrugged it off and that was the end of the visit. At the end I receive an estimate for 4 cavities (fair, i need those), 1 crown and 2 onlays which she never discussed with me. Staff was really nice but I feel like the doctor didn't really care what was best for me.

Very friendly office even for being so early ( my appointment was at 7 AM). Doctor was friendly and honest about the work that I needed, meaning it wasn't something very urgent but could plan for in my next few visits. I'm between jobs and uninsured at the moment. I highly recommend them. They have a great new patient special that I was able to take advantage of. I appreciate how the staff was able to clearly lay out how much my dental work would be.
