Awesome service!!! Dr. Grigoryan met with me after my initial examination. She was very easy going and we even discussed the super cool blinds in the office. I have to have more work done and she sat with me to discuss the plan of action and how WE would work toward getting my mouth 100%!! Totally elated with my choice of a dentist!

This was my first visit and I was impressed not only with the front desk staff but with the hygienist and dentist. I have been a dental wimp for years, but they listened to my experience and were very kind about it. Dr. G was very gentle and checked on me throughout. I left feeling relieved that I found a dentist I can remain with for years!

All staff were professional, friendly, and engaging. Location is easy to find with ample parking. There was no wait. Dr. Armine Grigoryan was very thorough explaining each step in the consultation, provided various options, and prepared a written treatment plan. My insurance and benefits were verified along with my out of pocket expenses. I left knowing the major problems, suggested treatment plan, and financial responsibilities. I highly recommend Preferred Dental.

I always love this office. This is truly the best Dentist I have ever been too. I had a good amount of work done and they are careful, give good advice, they are fun, make sure clients are relax and understand the procedures, and everything is explained thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Grigoryan office because she and her team correlate well. I am so glad I choose them for my dental work.

I have extremely high standards for care and customer service. Honestly, sometimes I bother myself. LOL!! Can I say that I LOVE this office?!? Drs. Grigoryan & Grigoryan and their staff are the epitome of professionalism and competence in the field of Dentistry. Yet the office has a warm familial atmosphere. Most of all they are totally transparent about the cost aspect of care and willingly provide a treatment plan with that information. On my first visit I was concerned about having an X-ray without a Thyroid cover/protection. Within the next day or so after my visit the office followed-up with me to say that they had ordered one and it would be available for use on my next visit AND IT WAS. My teenage daughter and Dentist-averse husband are both fans of this practice. I've been to several dentist in this area for continuity of care (over twenty-five years) and this is BY FAR the BEST experience that I've had.
