Before going to Dr. Shapiro's office, I was very nervous, having had a terrifying experience with another dentist.
The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the office was very cheerful and well-appointed.
Dr. Shapiro calmed my fears by taking time to explain the procedure I required. His chair-side manner was very patient and calming. He is a highly skilled professional with state of the art technology. I was very pleased with the treatment I received. I would highly recommend him.

Doctor Shapiro is very knowledgeable, professional and experienced, he explains in detail each procedure. Him and his staff are very friendly.
They accept credit cards and it is very easy to park.

Everyone in the office is extremely pleasant and professional. In comparison to previous dentists who have worked on my teeth, Dr. Shapiro and his associates were far more considerate, patient, and skilled. I needed allot of work to be done that should have been painful, for the first time in anywhere I've been it wasn't at all, and now I can't even tell there was any damage. I'm not sure if he'd make it as a comedian, but in cosmetic work as well as general dentistry he is certainly a master of his craft.

Actually a pleasure going to the dentist! Dr. Shapiro is very informative re all procedures and options and he's great at what he does. Big plus is that everyone in the office is so nice and good and fun. AND they play great music! My wife and I moved across town 2 years ago. We still travel 1/2 hour 45 minutes to go to Pinecrest Smiles.

Dr. Shapiro and staff provided excellent service. They were very accommodating and were even kind enough to watch over my 5 month old infant while he slept so my husband and I could be seen. Not to mention our procedures were quick and painless. Office is very clean. Both staff and dr. Shapiro are friendly and constructively educate their patients. Highly recommend, 2 thumbs up. :)
