I was referred to Dr. Arya by a friend/co-worker (Jose D). I went there my first visit for a root canal, honestly the service was GREAT! I think every patients deserve this type of service treatment specially when you are about to have procedures done and you are a bit stressed. Angie was very friendly helping Dr.Arya during the procedure. The front staff was professional!
Overall Great Service!
Dr.Arya makes you feel comfortable and relax during the procedure, most importantly he cares and explains that he understands the stress you may have while getting work done.
It is almost 1 hour away in public transit from where I live in Riverdale but to me it is well worth it. I traded a 5 minutes walk to my dentist in Riverdale to a 45 mns train ride to 30 Central Park South, Dr. Arya Edalat’s.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Arya to anyone looking for a Dentist.

Dr. Arya Edalat’s goal is to make high end dentistry available for the majority of the population regardless of their socioeconomic status. Through flexible payment plans and other means customized for each individual patient.
His keen attention to detail, exceptional manual dexterity and quest for perfection has made him outstanding in the art of general and cosmetic dentistry.
His profound knowledge and experience in dentistry enables him to treat complex cases with the patience required to consistently produce optimal results and to make his patients feel confident during the treatment.
After receiving a B.A. in Biology from New York University undergraduate program, Dr. Edalat continued at New York University College of Dentistry where he graduated as Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1994.
From 1996-1998 he completed specialty courses in cosmetic and implant dentistry at NYU. The post graduate courses in Implant dentistry included both phases of treatment, the surgical placement of implants as well as the prosthetic restoration of implants, which provided him with a more comprehensive knowledge and experience of the field.
Since then, he has been in private practice on Central Park South along with his father Dr. Parviz Edalat (Periodontist & Prosthodontist) and his sister Dr. Maryam Edalat (Periodontist and Invisalign Orthodontist).
Dr. Edalat practices a biomimetic treatment philosophy which involves using conservative dental treatments as the first approach along with dental material which mimic closely the structure of natural teeth.

The Dr. is very friendly and hospitable. He is very thorough in explaining what is being done and why. The Dr. will even teach you how to floss and brush correctly. Dr. Edalat was professional, informative and thorough. First, he emphasized the importance of how an anti-inflammatory diet is linked to oral care. He then took his time to explain the correct way of brushing and flossing... (it is so easy to undermine the importance of this) ...My main concern was the sensitivity that I had been struggling with for years. He successfully treated the issue and it was painless. He is the only dentist that was able to properly address this for me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Arya Edalat

I just had a deep cleaning done and I have to say that it was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. The doctor showed me on my xrays where all the tartar was below the gums and gave me instructions on how to brush and floss properly which to this day no dentist had taught me.
I also have paid more at other “celeb” dental offices for my implants and porcelain laminates and had to redo them because the esthetics did not meet my full expectations. Dr. Arya’s fees for service are reasonable considering the state-of-the-art work that he delivers. The office has a great payment plan that really helped me pay for all the work.
He redid my porcelain laminates and implant crowns so now I have the confidence to smile again. His master ceramist is a perfectionist Just like him.

I travelled from Brasil to be treated by Dr. Edalat. I had gone to his office in Brasil for some cosmetic dental treatments and was really impressed by what a serious and knowledgable dentist he is.
He works with the top laboratories and technicians and uses high quality materials for his work so I trust him with my mouth.
His office is easy to get to by train and is in an amazing location.
I also admire his honesty because he tries to do the best work for me and save money whenever possible.

I had not been to the dentist in years because of fear, but Dr. Edalat explained everything clearly before performing the procedures. He has a real gentle touch which made the fillings, root canal and cleaning relatively painless!

Exceptional family owned dental practice ?? . Dr. Arya is an outstanding general dentist. He did my root canals, extractions, gum surgeries, crowns and bridges without having to refer me to other offices, so very convenient.
I am smiling confidently again thanks to my beautiful porcelain laminates. Also my gum disease is under control.
This multiespecialized team really made me comfortable and confident every step of the way.
Their payment plan made it easy for me to get the work done without stressing my budget.

I wanted to share my experience completing my comprehensive treatment with Dr Arya. After being at several renowned dentists in the city , who all left me disappointed it is a pleasure to meet Dr. Arya Edalat!
Well I am a very demanding person and I seek perfection in everything I do, and I found Dr.
Arya to be the same as a professional!
He is steadfast in his pursuit for perfection trying to achieve the best possible result. His master ceramist and laboratory technicians also have the same attitude trying to do the best possible work to satisfy their patient.
Therefore the result could not be any different. I am very satisfied with my porcelain veneers, implants, crowns and bridges! Now I have the pleasure to smile again !

Normally anxiety ridden when it comes to dentist appointments , upon arriving , I felt so welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable , which is extremely rare to find in a medical office setting nowadays.
Dr. Arya Edalat immediately put me at ease ... he has a very warm and engaging personality.
Having dealt with gum recession for years, he was the only dentist that I’ve met thus far that was able to properly treat the sensitivity that I’ve been battling. He is thorough in his work , took his time and never made me feel as if I was just another patient, plus it was painless ! He took the utmost care .

An excellent general dentist and cosmetic specialist!
I had my porcelain veneers done with Dr. Arya and his team over fifteen years ago. They used the best dental lab in the city that specialize in cosmetics.
Therefore the combined work of the Edalat team and their ceramist created the state-of-the-art laminates which was worth all the effort they put into it.
I love my beautiful rejuvenated smile from the first day that I left office and along the years I have received many compliments on my smile and teeth.
The Office set up an easy payment plan which facilitated the expensive treatment.
I have referred my demanding friends and contacts to Dr. Edalat’s practice and they all have thanked me for finding them an honest, professional, experienced dentist who aims for perfection in his work.

I chose to be treated by Dr. Edalat’s team because of their reputation as perfectionists in what they do and also being extremely detail oriented.
Their general & cosmetic expertise is at the cutting edge of dentistry and they use the best laboratories and dental materials to ensure the best results possible.
I have had implants and porcelain veneers along with bone graft surgeries without feeling any pain and minimal discomfort. The team really wants the best for their patients. For me to testify to this as a dentist myself is the best recommendation I can give.
