For her undergraduate degree, Dr. Brown attended Xavier University of Louisiana. She pursued her doctoral dental degree at Howard University. She continued her dental education at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, where she received residency training and served as chief resident.
Patients visiting Dr. Brown can receive a full range of both general and cosmetic dental services. She provides general dental consultations, teeth-whitening procedures, and care for dental emergencies. Root canal therapy, extractions, and other general dental procedures are also available. This was the best dental experience ever! Dr. Brown and her staff were all nice and explained everything from the X-rays and pictures to the next steps in the cleaning process. I have never received such one on one attention at a dental appointment. Dr. Brown is definitely my new dentist!

Went to Dr. Brown for a checkup and cleaning and I was pretty much seen right away. Spent most of the time with the hygienist (Jackie) and she was really nice. First gave me a tour of the office and then went ahead with my dental cleaning. I liked that she told me what she was going to do before she actually did it and would periodically ask me if I was doing alright. After my cleaning, I met Dr. Brown who greeted me with a smile. Saw me for less than 5 minutes but she was still thorough and cordial. Would def recommend to someone.

Everyone in the office was very nice and polite, even though they had full reason to be completely frustrated with me and the run around with my insurance/paperwork. (which was my fault not theirs). Regardless, though, they were really professional and I got seen really quickly. The doctor and the assistants were really informative of everything going on, about the pictures and what was happening while they were cleaning. Plus, they actually took the time to discuss treatments and issues with me, which I really appreciated. It was also nice that they listed how much those would be ahead of time. I really liked how they operated and how gentle they were, this is probably the best dentist office I've been to and I would recommend it to everyone I know.

Walked me through my dental hygiene (Dr. Brown likes to walk her patients through the dental process while she's doing it, which I appreciate), gave me options and worked with me in terms of timing of different procedures that I need, and clearly walked me through the finances. Not satisfied, didn't get anything done to my teeth due not not accepting treatment that Ms.Brown recommend not because i refuse but because i could not afford. Would of felt different about visit if i was informed all of this on the phone when asked. lead to believe i could get a regular cleaning with no cost due to insurance coverage. I understand every dental place have their own rules but i felt like that was a waste of my time n insurance because they still charge my insurance for ex rays with no work done. When asked if i could get just a affordable cleaning i was told no because she would not perform work if it wasn't something she recommend. So thanks for using my insurance with no work done.

The staff is quick and efficient. They are professional, kind, and courteous (and also quite easy on the eyes). The office is clean and comfortable. The sofas in the waiting are comfortable but you won't get to enjoy them long because Dr. Brown doesn't overbook.

Very nice office and very clear effort to be personable. She definitely has very high expectations for oral hygiene, so floss a ton before you go in. She can be a little rough with the gums, but I felt very clean afterward.
