Dr. Roberts was born on the beautiful island of Barbados. Growing up around her family’s business, which has been ongoing for over 75 years, principles such as honesty, helping others and delivering excellent customer service were instilled in her from a young age.
Dr. Roberts left Barbados at the age of 18 years old to pursue her dream of becoming a dentist, as there were no dental schools on the island. She attended the University of Pennsylvania where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. She also completed a general practice residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey.
Dr. Roberts takes pride in putting her patients first. She wants to ensure her patients are well informed and comfortable while transforming their oral health and smiles!
When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Roberts enjoys listening to music and dancing as she has been a dancer for over 15 years. Her favorite dance genre is Salsa and she has attended many international salsa congresses!

It was very frustrating for me because I drove an hour to my appointment to not be seen. The nice lady at the front desk explained to me that zoc doc is a third party company and my booking was only a REQUEST for an appointment. However, even with that being the case nobody reached out to tell me if the appointment was confirmed or denied. So when I showed up nothing was in the system for my appointment. Staff was very nice about it but it was a major inconvenience.

Never got to see or speak with the actual doctor even though she supposedly reviewed and assessed my X-rays which was inadequate at best as new patient. The office staff however was very accommodating though inefficient and slow moving in many ways to get the reason I booked my appointment resolved.

I gave them pictures of my insurance card via text a day in advance. It took them a long time to verify it and then they told me it was verified. I came in early and filled out 4 long forms of personal information. After all of that they told me they still needed to verify more. I went home without seeing dentist. They said they would call me. Finally they texted to see if I wanted to make a new appointment. No thanks.

My review is not about the provider but the dental practice itself. I had a 1:30 PM appointment and attempted to call the office at 1:15 PM while driving. I was on hold for 12 minutes before the call disconnected because no one answered. After a 25-minute drive, I arrived to find the office closed. When I called back and reached Scheduling, I was informed that the office was closed due to the absence of a dentist and that I would need to reschedule. No one contacted me beforehand to notify me of this. As a new patient, this experience was frustrating, and I will not be returning.
