Dr. Vaid was wonderful! He listened to my concerns, did a thorough evaluation, and was able to recommend more that one option regarding treatment. As a medical professional, I was impressed with his use of computer imaging for diagnostics and treatment as well. No more staring at a procedure lamp to view x-rays! As a new patient to the practice, I must say that Dr. Vaid, and his office staff, were welcoming, pleasant, compassionate, and professional.

Dr. Vaid is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, the nation’s first graduate dental program. He continued his training at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, completing their hospital-based General Practice Residency.
Dr. Vaid was commissioned as a Dental Officer in the US Army Reserve in 2001 and completed his service in 2009.
He is constantly expanding his clinical training through continuing education.
He has pursued his Continuing Education Training at the NYU College of Dentistry, first completing the program in Advanced Esthetics in 2007 and currently pursuing the program in Implant Dentistry: Surgical and Prosthetics through 2011.
In addition, Dr. Vaid has an interest in comprehensive orthodontics for adults and children and is a trained Tip-Edge orthodontic provider.
He maintains a Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vaid for a few years. I am one that did not enjoy visiting the dentist in the past. But Dr. Vaid and his entire staff make it a pleasurable experience. This was an emergency visit and was scheduled in a timely manner. All the options were explained thoroughly as to what procedure he could do so I would not have any problems while I going on vacation. I value his expertise.
