I made an appointment for a broken crown and checkup. They actually moved my appointment up, presumably after seeing that I probably had more work needed than just a checkup. She not only did a very thorough exam, but spent into the evening prepping two crowns, one filling, and three chip repairs. I was presented with a complete menu of options on the pricing first as to what I wanted to do now versus hold off on, and knew in advance what it would cost. Excellent staff and personalities for all involved. I’ve had dentists in the past who I felt like were pushing services on me, and preaching of sorts about the need to come in multiple times a year and to sign up for extra services, like you were buying a car. This experience was not at all like that. They presented facts and options and gave great advice and followed through with super professional service. I can’t recommend this entire facility enough.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. The support staff were professional yet very personal. I was impressed from the beginning and up to my exit with Johnathan who wowed me just being him. A first class experience with extremely qualified doctors, staff and front office personnel. I recommend Highly!

Felt more like a sells gimmick than an actual exam and cleaning. The doc was more concerned about upselling than listing to concerns. ., Did not even use tools to scrape the plaque off my teeth, did not floss my teeth. And the assistant rushed through the polishing. Had me rinse my mouth when there was nothing to rinse. So, Still have nice yellow teeth with plaque buildup. Recommend finding another dentist that isn't a sells pitch. Spent near 2 hours for an exam and rushed cleaning. With about a 15 min wait time in between the two. I was about to walk out before the cleaning. But didn't want them to charge my insurance stating i was a no show because i was tired of the wait time before initial exam and cleaning

I am thoroughly pleased with how easy it was to book this appointment. I did have several new patient forms to complete, but a link was provided prior to the appointment so that I would have time to fill them out. Once I arrived for my appointment, there was not much left for me to do other than present my drivers license and insurance card. That was it! As soon as I sat down and tried to get comfortable, I had to get right back up because my name was called. The inside of the building is extremely well kept, clean, and inviting. The admin at the front desk were extremely delightful. We all started talking as if we had already introduced ourselves. The dental hygienist was very pleasant. I left there feeling excited to come back to speak with her again. How often does that happen when you go to an appointment?! Dr. Muniz was absolutely amazing. Very gentle, kind, clear and concise. My entire experience was amazing! Highly recommend!!!

I loved everyone I talked to, everyone was understanding really friendly and helpful. Gabby made me feel less anxious about my X-ray screenings. Dr.Muniz answered all my questions no matter big or small. Sharkia helped me understand all of my payment plan options and what’s best for me. I really liked my experience here and I will be happy to return here.

The front desk staff was kind and caring, however once I was in the hands of the dental hygienist everything went downhill, I was treated with micro-aggressions and a harsh tone/demeanor. I had told the doctor and dental hygienist that I was nervous about being at the dentist (my blood pressure at the time was 153/93) yet they did nothing to calm me down or make me feel more comfortable. Within the first 10 minutes of the appointment I was already on the verge of tears and felt extremely overwhelmed by their “recommendations” (demands of the treatment plan). Once I rejected their treatment plan they swiftly kicked me out and refused to see me out. Safe to say I will never be returning.
