Dr. Cardenas graduated from Universidad Santa María in Caracas, Venezuela, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2008. She practiced dentistry there until relocating to Miami, Florida, where she completed a Certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Florida Institute for Advanced Dental Education in 2015. Following her residency, she practiced in Miami as an associate focused on pediatrics until 2018. She then relocated to the Tampa Bay area, where she has worked ever since.
Dr. Cardenas is a dedicated and passionate dentist who has had the opportunity to help many children, teenagers, and young adults. She is committed to providing the best comprehensive and personalized dental treatment while helping her patients overcome their fear of going to the dentist and ensuring they have a positive experience.
She is married to Dr. Dario Ferrer and enjoys spending her free time with her dogs, reading, and going out into nature.
