Dr. Azfar A. Siddiqui has over thirty years of clinical and teaching experience in dentistry. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh USA. He has a Master’s degree in Prosthetic Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute in London UK, and a Fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics from the University of Chicago. He is a Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, Diplomat of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics, and Fellow of the International College of Dentists(FICD). He has been inducted in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and the Pierre Fauchard Honor Academy. He has published several papers in peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Siddiqui has been a member of the faculty at prestigious dental institutes such as the University of Pittsburgh, Harvard University Boston, Dental College at Leeds UK, The Aga Khan University Pakistan as well as the Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He is currently Adjunct Professor in the Advanced Care Clinic at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, A.T. Still University in Mesa Arizona.
Throughout his career he has been actively involved in the practice of prosthodontics. He performs all aspects of Prosthodontics and Dental implantology, including surgeries for dental implant placement and prosthetic rehabilitation. He also has an training in specialized care for Sleep apnea, and Oral and Head and Neck cancer rehabilitation, after chemo, radiation therapy and surgery.
