I love how all the office staff and Dr. Bista are with their clients. The Paris, Texas office is warm and inviting . Dr. Bista is the best. I love My Dentist.

I was told that I could come early due to a cancellation and even though I wasn't able to it took 35 additional minutes past my appointment time before I was asked to go back to have treatment. Not very convenient because my 3 year old son and I were both being seen that day. I expected to be seen closer to my appointment time. This is in no way a reflection poorly on Dr. Bista. She is an excellent Dentist, the best I would say. On this day we were seen by a dental hygienist and both did an excellent job. My only complaint is the wait.

I have been going here for quite a while now. The Doctor and stave a very professional and friendly.
If there is ever an issue they get me right back in to resolve the problem. I highly recommend using My Dentist in Paris, Texas with Dr. Bista.

I have four children and the dental hygienist was great with them. They weren't scared and she explained everything she was going to do. If something was wrong they were very thorough to make sure they understood. The doctor was so nice and explained why it was important to take care of their teeth. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and helped take care of all my questions and needs. I would highly recommend this dental office to others.
