Dr. Kramer is the best dentist in NYC. I have lived here for 13 years and have never had such an attentive great dentist. he found cavities that my other dentist did not. Feel in good hands and that he pays attention to detail.
Also, he sees you directly and not just at the end. I like that he does all the work and doesn't pass you around like at other offices!

The office was nice, however the cleaning provided by Dr. Kramer was horrible! I floss several times per week (sure, not every day, but a good 4-5 times per week) and he was berating me for not flossing! Additionally, his cleaning was so aggressive that it left my teeth and gums hurting for two days after. I have been to numerous dentists that have, in the past, commented on how well I take care of my teeth (in my 30's with no cavities..) however Dr. Kramer treated me as though I never floss nor brush! I am promptly finding a new dentist..

I am new to the New York area and tried Dr Kramer thanks to his rave reviews on Doc Zoc. After arriving to his office, I was seen right away but I was very displeased with my dental cleaning which took whole 15 minutes! I was first surprised to see that Dr Kramer perform the cleaning as usually this is performed by a dental hygienist. Dr. Kramer barely touched my teeth with any instrument and barely cleaned/polished my teeth. He didn't even floss my teeth! I rarely write reviews but I must say I definitely will not be going back and actually feel cheated out of my cleaning.

Great experience!! Hygienist was amazing! Dr. Kramer treated my gums with a state of the the art laser. My experience was painless, and my mouth has never felt healthier!
