100% over 100!!! I totally trust her judgment when it comes to her professional decisions on what my dental needs are. I went in for laser gum treatment and she saw a huge cavity that needed a filling, even suggested possible root canal. Its not so much the cost, but the care and excellence she shows in saving the tooth. she is the BEST dentist!

I went to Dr. Catalans office today as a new patient. I decided to go to her office because my friend had recommended her to me. I went in today at 10:45am and i was told to fill out some paper work like my info and health history. Its very easy and very clear to fill out the form. After i was done i was taken to the back to get some xrays done. The dental assistant Rebekah was very friendly and gentle while she was taking my xrays. After she was done she informed me that she would go and process the xrays. After a short while she called Dr. Catalan. She came in and inteoduced herself to me. She did my exam and informed me of everything she had diagnosed. The dental assistant took photos so i could better understand what i needed to have done. I had my cleaning done and i will go back to have some fillings done. I really liked that everything was done in the same room i didnt have to get up after my xrays were taken, that is very convenient. I will definitely be going back and will recommend her to anyone that asks me about a dentist.

She actually made my teeth worse. She complains while she is working on you that she doesn't get paid enough and likes to perform procedures without your consent so she can pad the bill.
After my horrible experience I told them that I would NOT be making a follow up appointment as I would not be returning.
Three months later I get a phone call telling me that I have an appointment with them! I had to get my husband on the phone to tell them to stop making unwanted appointments. I was very clear that I would not be coming back when I left months ago.
If she continues to make imaginary appointments for me, I'm going to report her for harassment.

My dental visit experience with Dr. Catalan and her staff was excellent no complaints, just I need to take better care of my teeth. I was seen right away (at the time of my appointment) and was helped an out in no time. I am very pleased with how my dental visit went I made a follow up appointment for 6 months from now.

Bedside manner was a bit brusque bordering on the rude side. Excellent dental skills but questionable business practices concerning insurance billing.
Dental assistants were all friendly, professional, and calming. The front office staff was great too.

Dr. Catalan was very patient and informative. She made sure that I understood all aspect of the recommended procedure, including the possible out of pocket cost.

I got a procedure that she assured me would be fine to go back to work with. But... many blood-filled tissues and disgusted colleagues later, I can say it was NOT good for work. She should have known that this procedure could be VERY bloody afterward and properly prepared me. I would have scheduled for a day I DID NOT have client meetings.
