So great. I was so worried about getting my cavities filled (and I told them as much when I walked in). So they took their time, kept looking at my body language to see how I was doing and paused when needed. It was so nice. Thank you Dr. Love!

I had to have a tooth extracted after having a root canal on the same tooth at another dentist's office. Dr. Love took x Ray's and determined that I might have a fracture
I thought that I would have to make another appt. but she squeezed me in. She, and the others in the office were empathetic and professional.

Love Dr. Love and very one at Lifetime Dental. they were so nice they took in to concentration my time and the fact that you aren't just a mouth you are a whole person with fears and worries. They treated me like a person not just like a patient. thus far this was my best experience with a dentist. i would recommend Lifetime dental and Dr Love to every one who wants to be treated like a person not just a patient.

Dr. Love is very professional as well as her staff. They did everything you would expect from a dentist and so much more! The office has a very clean décor and her courteous staff will give you exceptional service. They are extremely well trained with the latest equipment. They utilize digital x-rays to see problems before they become major ones. I have never been to a dentist that utilizes a intra oral tooth camera before but lets just say a picture is worth a thousand words. It allows you to actually see and Dr. Love to document any changes. I feel that trusted dentistry in "Life Time Dental Health", is more than just a logo. I have a very high level of trust in Dr. love's provider decisions she personifies what trusted dentistry is all about. I have confidence her decisions are for my best interest.
Lastly, I wasn't going to include this but I have to, Dr. Loves billing staff Judy was phenomenal. She worked with me and it really made things easier. thank you.

Dr. Love diagnosed my symptoms, which were complicated, in expert manner. Dealing with for the symptoms involved treatment in her office and referral to a specialist, all of which took place in outstanding manner.

Beth Love was very personable and was more than willing to share information about the care for my teeth. She explained everything clearly. I really liked the facility and being able to view the x-rays and images of my teeth while we discussed my care. I would recommend Dr Love to family and friends.

Disappointed! Before I went, I confirmed with them(a lady) through phone that they are in network of my insurance. However, after all examinations were done, I was told by another staff that they are not in the network. The quote sheets they provided were problematic. The man revised the sheet 3 times since I found out the cost is abnormally high. So, looks like they just ask for what they want. And they are not professional at all. Besides, the lady at the front Desk is impolite. She promised to forward my questions to the DR. But she was just sitting there and kept me waiting. Furthermore, she said she will call you back, but she never did. The worst thing is that the final "out of pocket" money for examination&images turns out 4 times higher than the amount they told me. Before you go, rethink it!!!

The office is very comfortable and accommodating with teas, coffee, and water- all self-serving in the waiting area ... Which you're not in for very long as they take you back immediately. Beth and her staff are professional and caring and will always ask about and remember details of your personal life. I love that they use up-to-date technology such as text appointment reminders where you can confirm or change appointments.
