Dr.bhramarareswari was great informative woman a master of her skills definitely know how to get the done right the first time so it doesn't have to be another time for the same issue in which is highly important to me. Staff is average only problem I had was my first appointment was cancelled granted It was for the same day but was able to get in first thing the next morning. But I would definitely recommend this office to a friend awesome efficient knowledgeable professional kind doctor that's what really matters

Ok nothing against the doctor she was professional, but the problem is with the reception and zocdoc for recommending this place. I looked up oral surgeon as this was recommended by my previous dentist. I called the office to ensure they are able to extract a wisdom tooth. Reception told yes they do extract wisdom tooth and guess what when I am on chair I am told they don't have a oral surgeon and I will have to be referred. Basically this trip was useless and pretty sure I will get a bill for nothing, and was solely the mistake of zocdoc and the reception at the doctor's office. Bottom line they do not have a oral surgeon.

Staff seemed surprised that there was another patient (4:30 appointment on a Friday), but wasn't even latest possible according to zocdoc. That being said, they did a fast and efficient job. Communication wasn't great, but I got all information I wanted after asking to get things explained again (which they did). They were all in the process of leaving which felt a little weird, but that's normal at the end of the day, so my fault for making a late appointment. Overall satisfied, no problems, but also nothing out of the ordinary.

The office staff was professional, nice and quick to process my appointment and paperwork. I found it odd that the office doesn't havefull walls separating the patient rooms and there isn't a sink at the chair/station to spit water like commonly found at other dentists offices. I think Dr. Mandalapu was kind and efficient at checking my teeth and providing me a filling. I just would have liked a little more privacy and a sink to rinse my mouth rather than having to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, I appreciate them getting me in quickly and doing a good job!

Waited a long time before being seen and get x rays done only to find out they needed approval from my insurance to proceed with the care I came for which i believe they could have checked beforehand I felt like i wasted my time to be quite honest.

Dr.Bhrama explained things well and the cleaning procedure was meticulous and very professional.

1st visit there. Filled out patient information online before I came in, but had to do it all again on an iPad there (they didn't care that I already filled it out online). Didn't have to wait long, maybe 5 min after I filled out the forms (which took at least 15 min). X-rays were fast and painless, the lady know what she was doing, and she was also friendly. Then somebody else was cleaning my teeth. She was good, but didn't introduce herself or told my anything she was doing, which felt kind of weird. Then the actual dentist spend about 2 min looking into my mouth, telling me I have no cavities, and left. I didn't really have time to ask anything. She didn't mention my receding gum (which my former dentist was worried about). Making a 6-month appointment was easy again and the lady was friendly and helpful. So ok for a quick check, not sure about any real treatment.

This was my first time at this dentist. I like how the paper work was on an iPad that was quick and easy to fill out. However I was there for almost 2 hours. I went in to get my chipped tooth fixed and she filled it down nice and smooth instead. She was a nice dentist, supper busy but apologized for the wait.
