Great. Professional, friendly, very kind and helpful receptionists, even when you call with a question, and large TVs in every room.

I went in to get a new crown and at first had no problems. Then, The doctor gave me a local anesthesia that somehome numbed my tongue and I began gagging and choking on my own tongue! It was awful and scary. The worst part was that I had no idea what was happening and in a moment of panic, you look to the doctor and his face was puzzled and equally scared. Moreover, once I finally stopped gagging, he made some off beat quip to somehow calm the tension in the room, but I was ready to walk out of the room. To make matters worse, I had a sore mouth for a week afterwards and I couldn't understand what he had done since all I needed was a new crown. I do not recommend him. My wait time was extensive, but in their defense, I was coming in toward the end of the year because of flex spending, so it was a bit of a mad house due to the many patrons who were trying to squeeze in a dental visit before we lost our funds for the year.

He's an absolute crook. I can't even go into it, it makes me too mad to think about. And on top of everything else (there was a lot), he tried to sell me on the idea of FINANCING VENEERS! i'm 25 years old, have never needed braces, and have fairly perfect teeth. This guy is completely awful and a total hack.

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I went in for a cleaning. The hygienist told me that I had two cavities. Dr. Ahmed came in and took a quick look inside my mouth and said that I had three cavities. He didn't even inspect or touch the spot he called a cavity. He really did just look inside my mouth for a matter of seconds. When I showed up to get the fillings, he looked inside my mouth again and said that I had four cavities. This made me a little uncomfortable. So, I told him as much. I said, this is making me uncomfortable. I was just here and I was told I had three cavities, so I'm surprised there is another. He offered to take pictures of it, but I decided to just move forward. I had been waiting for 30 minutes and I had other appointments to get to later that afternoon. He then told me that I needed to have x-rays taken of the cavities. I am not sure why they decided to do this when I came in to get the filling instead of at the cleaning and routine exam. In my past experience, the dentist uses x-rays to confirm the existence of a cavity. This took another 30 minutes. At that point, I had been at the dentist for an hour and he hadn't even started the work. Dr. Ahmed's bedside manner is very unpleasant. He doesn't apologize for keeping you waiting. You are left sitting in the room with no information about when anybody is coming back or why things are not underway. When he came back in to set up the nitrous oxide (I do not get novicaine), he told me that I would need to take about 25 deep breaths and then I should be set. He then left the room and so did his assistant. The nitrous oxide was up way too high, so I kept waiting for someone to come back so I could tell them. I finally took the mask off and sat up. Somebody walking by noticed me and got the Dr. Ahmed. He was very irritated and snapped at me, you have to leave that on. And I replied, why am I being left in here with this on? He said, you need to leave it on for at least 20 minutes. Since this information conflicted with the "25 breaths" he had previously told me, and things had gotten extremely tense, I decided to leave. The situation devolved into an altercation that ended with him kicking me out of his office and getting in my face. Needless to say, I will never be going back.
It was very nice

Awesome office awesome staff!
Im a little upset that I didnt get to visit Dr. Ahmed, just walking in the office was a wonderful experience. The ladies at the front desk were so polite and inviting, so I know that Dr. Ahmed is amazing!

It was the best office I've ever been in!!! It made me feel right @ home from the moment i walked in... The office was so beautiful.
I was seen by his dental hygienist and did not enjoy my appointment. Dr. Bilal came in for 5 minutes prior to the actual cleaning and was good and took his time to explain things. His employee was running over 40 minutes late, distracted by her phone, and eager to end the appointment with me -- so much so, that she decided to leave the x-rays for next time, although I was charged for them. This is the first office that did not have the dentist come in after the cleaning to take a look. I did not enjoy my appointment at this office and do not plan on returning.
Dr. Ahmed and staff made my experience a pleasant one. I was impressed by the efficiency; professionalism and the atmospehere was very comforting during my time of discomfort. I would definitely recommend his office to anyone who needs a great dentist! I look forward to visiting the office very soon. Thanks Again Guys!
