The office staff is very cordial and helpful if you have questions regarding appts or billing. I have seen both Dr's. Forbess and Heck and they have helped me overcome my fears of a dental office. You will love both of them. The hygienists are great too!

Grew up with a dentist-phobia. My first visit to Dr Forbess' office I was in distress....Dr Forbess and staff acted promptly and professionally getting me to a oral surgeon right away. The many dental issues I had were resolved and I have remained with this practice for several years. I no longer have a phobia about visiting the dentist. I now look forward to my visits with a caring professionals and staff who have become like family.

My husband and I always have a great visit. Dr. Forbes is very professional
and always accurate on his diagnosis. He always tries to eliminate as much pain as possible. I was impressed years ago when they had a commercial that said "they cater to cowards". He also has a very caring attitude. The employees are friendly and very helpful and professional also.

The office is well planned for the variety of dental services offered. The staff is generally friendly. Dr. Forbess is terrific.

It went well. First time there, felt a little rushed and unorganized, but they got me in, fixed me up, and had me on my way. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Will return and recommend.

As always, it was excellent. My wait time was non-existent which was expectional since they had to squeeze me in to begin with! The staff is so friendly & kind making the visit that much more incredible. Dr. Forbess as always was wonderful & does such amazing work! I have terrible anxiety when coming to the dentist & He always makes me feel so comfortable! My visit gets an A++++

Dr. Forbess and his entire staff are professional, pleasant, and efficient. I could not be happier with my dental staff and the work they do. I now include myself in "the sparkling smile" crowd.
