Dr. Kaplun was exceptional in his bedside manner. He was very informative about what issues needed to be addressed and he began to tackle the issues immediately. He was compassionate in his demeanor and was concerned for my comfort. While I have many issues which need to be addressed, Dr. Kaplun never made me feel uncomfortable or embarassed, he simply focused on the work to be done and willingly explained everything in detail.

My first time at Dr.Kaplun's office and it was such a pleasure. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by staff and waited all of 3 minutes to get called. Once I sat down in the dental chair the assistant took X-rays of my teeth and Dr.Kaplun shortly followed in to take a look at my teeth. He explained everything so it was easy to understand and also made sure to let me know what needs to be done. Awesome experience and would definitely recommend.
