I hadn't been to the dentist in over 6 years and was terrified to go back. Not to worry though, Dr. Baliwas is awesome. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very skilled. I would highly recommend him to anyone look for a dentist.

Dr. Baliwas was great. He provided a lot of information about what he was looking for and what different warning signs looked like. He was also very clear in what options were available to me and didn't push any treatment that wasn't necessary.

I usually dread the dentist- but Dr. Baliwas was awesome! My cleaning was super fast- and very informative. He carefully explained everything about my x-rays, and any concerns he had will my dental routine. His Post St. office was beautiful and modern and the whole staff was friendly and helpful. You can tell Dr. Baliwas REALLY loves teeth. I will be back for sure!

I really enjoyed visiting Dr. Baliwas. He uses digital technology to render x-rays to the computer so that he can review them with the patient immediately after they are taken. He zoomed in and showed me where I could take better care of my teeth myself and might be able to avoid the need for future procedures. It was really refreshing to visit a modern doc with a helpful and experienced staff.

Incredible dentist. Dr. Baliwas was so prompt, professional and cool. I can never imagine being excited to go to the dentist, until I met dr. Baliwas. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and also helped me improve my brushing technique as well!

Dr. Baliwas was really great. He took his time to explain what I needed to be looking out for but most importantly I felt comfortable going to him as my dentist. He is very personable and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and loves what he does. I highly recommend visiting him for your next check up.

I saw Dr. Baliwas when he was a student at University of the Pacific. As a dental student with a million problems myself, I was eager to find someone who I could trust and also someone skilled. I knew that Dr. Baliwas was one of the best in his class, and choosing him as my provider, out of hundreds of students, was a great decision. He was able to make time for my dental work and had great bedside manner. He also personally followed up with me often after each visit, which I greatly appreciated. In my visit, I came in with the concern of tooth sensitivity and needed two fillings. He was able to help me pinpoint the source of my tooth discomfort despite the numerous appointments it took. Additionally, from a dental standpoint, my fillings look great! I would highly recommend Dr. Baliwas as a provider - he is patient, kind, and gives nothing less than his full effort.

So, hadn't been to a Dentist since College (2005/2006) because after a while it gets intimidating. And I was scared of being yelled at for not flossing, like ever. Dr. Baliwas is super close to my office so I decided to give it a go. Glad I did. The appointment booking was super easy through ZocDoc. I didn't have to fill anything out once I got there. Dr. Baliwas was super prompt, walking me back to his exam station at 3:00 on the dot! He was super nice, and didn't make me feel bad for neglecting my gums. He did point out during the cleaning, where he had a lot of scraping to do that flossing could help with. Same after taking X-Rays. He went through the images and pointed out problem areas, and reminded me what I could do to help, or at least, stop further damage. Great bedside manner, very smiley and comfortable. I really liked the vibe of the entire office, actually. Diane was awesome, and Dr. Patterson seems like a cool dude. (Maybe, I couldn't really make out his left hand.) Anyway, I highly recommend Dr. Baliwas.
