I was in a lot of pain and in need of an emergency appointment. I didn't have a dentist at the time. I called my Highland Village Dentist and was immediately greeted with compassion and the best customer service ever! Once there the staff was amazing!! They helped calm my fears about my first root canal and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Gosnell was outstanding! He explained everything and was very thorough. I have already been recommending them to everyone!

After finding My Highland Village Dentist, I refuse to trust anyone else with my teeth. Period.
It's obvious the entire staff is concerned about their patients.

I think the Dr. is very professional and knowledgeable He also seems to know exactly what I need and takes care of you in a very gentle way. I would recommend him to everyone.

the lady who did my cleaning was great...however, i always feel as though there is an effort to figure out how to add some charges to my billing so i don't seem to be able to get away with just stuff covered by my insurance....never had this problem with my previous dentist but switched to you all because you were "in network" yet it costs me more than with an "out of network" dentist...seems strange and feels uncomfortable

Dr. Gosnell explains procedures in a friendly competent way. He was pleasantt and compassionate to my family, even though we had no dental insurance. Dr. Gosnell's staff informed us about Care Credit and that really made the dental work possible I highly recommend this dental practice.
