Dr. Howell graduated from Brigham Young University and received his dental degree from The University of Texas Dental Branch – Houston in 1981. In addition to his private practice in Texas, Dr. Howell was a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Dental School in Houston. He was also the Editor of the Journal of the Greater Houston Dental Society and has had articles published in local, state and national dental journals.
Dr. Howell is skilled in all phases of modern dentistry, especially esthetics, crown and bridge, and cosmetic fillings. He is trained in straight wire orthodontics and is Invisalign certified. Dr. Howell is especially patient with fearful children (and adults) and speaks Spanish fluently.
Dr. Howell is an avid skier and enjoys participating in a variety of outdoor & indoor sports including hiking, camping & racquetball. He is an amateur magician to the delight of his young & adult patients. He and his wife Jeanne have three cats and two children, both married. Michael is an attorney in Salt Lake City while Leslie is co-owner of a gymnastics gym in Springville, Utah.

I can't say enough nice things about this doctor, the office and the staff. Dr. Howell came out to meet me before I even sat down to do paperwork. He took the time to explain things to me and showed me how i would benefit from what he recommended. Very easy to schedule and very high tech. A great value!
