I had the appt booked for almost 3weeks, I asked off work for the day of the appt, I confirmed the appt twice.. Was called 1hr before & told they weren't seeing clients today, the next available is 6:30pm Saturday w/a different dr than the one I booked. I wasn't even asked if that was alright, I was just TOLD that.
I don't appreciate my time being wasted, my wishes being ignored, or the lack of professionalism with which the office handled this
If I didnt show up for the appt how much would they charge me for a no-show?
I lost $120 of wages today because of these inconsiderate people waiting until I was walking out the door to tell me it was canceled.
Nothing will give me back the money I lost as a repercussion for MY responsible planning.
I dont care if I have to drive 60miles for the next dentist who accepts my insurance & can provide the care I need, I would sooner drive to Utah to have a homeless man yank my teeth out with a muddy bootlace than book here again.
