Dr. Jackson has a great office with a caring staff. They have always gone out of their way to help make sure I understand any procedures and even call to check on me afterwards.
Dr. Jackson really does a fantastic job of explaining what's going on with my teeth, gums, and when I went through the process of an implant, sharing information on the whole event. Plus he was detailed and excited about the implant itself and it's probably the best replacement tooth I've ever had.
Highly recommend Dr. Jackson and his office.

The folks are always friendly and informative about the proposed treatment plans I need.
I still don't like going to the dentist, but their attention and professionalism makes it a much more pleasant experience.

The staff is very caring and professional I was very nervous when I went in because I haven't been to a dance before but I did go in and they made me feel comfortable I was getting some wisdom teeth removed and they made me feel no pain whatsoever the small little pinch after that it was no pain it was great quick and fast very professional and caring they called me and check on me to see how I was feeling everything was healing great I have the best outlook on that doctor's office they're very great

This was by far the most pleasant dental visit EVER for me! The Hygienist did an EXCELLENT job, was VERY courteous, and EXTREMELY informative. I felt the exact same for Dr. Jackson.
Both were VERY PROFESSIONAL! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

The treatmets and cleaning were excellent. Marked improvement in bum disease was evident on next visit. Tooth extraction was also excellent by referred Oral Surgeon, Dr. Middleton. I am am highly satisfied by Picketts Mill Dental Cate.
