It was wonderful. DR. Mendoza had my best interest at heart. I will say his team can be a bit more professional. Talking on the phone and cursing within earshot of patients isn't the wisest move. Overall highly recommend this doctor!

I love Dr. Carlos Mendoza-Alvarez BUT his staff needs to go!!!
Those girls are so RUDE and lack professionalism!! I don't know how he keeps them there. He definitely lost my business going there. It's hard enough finding a good dentist and then you have to deal with that horrible staff. Dr. Mendoza Alvarez, if you are reading this, you need to take my advice. Those girls would have been fired a long time ago at my job. Oh and what's up with your phone? Not a way to run a business but to run out of business.

One of the receptionists is very rude. Very unprofessional office. I called 3-4 times a week for over 2 weeks to make an appointment I got was an answering machine every time. I left numerous messages that were never returned. I wasn't sure if the office was still open. Finally reached them yesterday. I asked why no one picked up for WEEKS and didn't return any of my messages. The response was "I don't know what to tell you". Since the insurance already approved the procedure I will let them complete the work and I will never return to this dentist. Very disappointed.

My visit with Carlos Mendoza was excellent . I was nervous at first because of my condition but everyone treated me with nothing but respect and made me feel at home. I left out with a beautiful smile that will last a life time and I am more then happy
