Dr. Miranda received his Bachelor Degree in Sciences from University of Puerto Rico in 1992. In 1998 he graduated from New York University with a degree in General Dentistry. He completed 2 years residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital from 1998 – 2000. He established his current Inwood practice in 2004.
He continued to pursue his interest in Orthodontics, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. In 2013, he graduated from a two years Dental Implant Program in New York University.He also received a two years program certificate in Light Force America under Dr Richard Conlin and Dr Chanda Kale. He also have completed 500 hours of continuing education on Orthodontics, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. He is an active member in the Brooklyn Implant Study Club and Dr Bavar’s Study Club during his studies in the Implant program. Invisalign certified since 2007.
Dr. Miranda has been named one of America’s Top Dentist by the Consumer’s Research Council of America from 2007 to present.

Office equipment is outdated. It wasn't much he could have done because he didn't have the updated equipment. He was the only one who spoke English. However, he is a great dentist for your basic needs. He could go far but just needs new equipment, a renovated office and add more dental services to his practice. It was very cold because my appointments were during the winter. Please bundle up if your appointment is during winter.

The visit went ok!! I felt that this office is so small hardly any staff just a recepcionist that does everything xrays, handles calls, also preps you for the dentist!! Office needs a new lift as well!!

I liked my actual appointment with Dr. Miranda very much. He was jovial and laid back, and put me at ease about my visit. He also worked fast, so that I did not spend too long in his chair before I was on my way.
The one area that I thought needed improvement was the receptionist in the waiting room. She was nearly silent and did a poor job of communicating what I needed to do or what the next step would be. Also, when I mentioned that I filled out my patient forms on ZocDoc, she seemed to have no idea what I was talking about.
