I made an appointment through the website on a Tuesday night, my appointment was Thursday morning. As soon as I walked in I was promptly greeted, and they already knew who I was which was funny. Check in was quick, I literally waited 1 minute and I was called to the back. All of the staff was extremely nice! As you wait in the room they let you watch Netflix, you can pick the show you wish to watch. The doctor was just as nice as her staff and she treated them very kindly! My visit was about an hour and a half since I hadn't been to the dentist in years! It was no problem for Dr. Chang, she was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be back to her office!!

The ability to watch Netflix while waiting calmed my nerves. I'm always nervous at dentist visits. The staff was AWESOME!!!! Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I will recommend her office to all of my friends and associates!

Dr. Carol Chang has extensive experience ranging from complete smile make-overs and implants to pediatric dentistry. She graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry, Texas A&M System in 2000, at the top 10% of her class with honors and is an elected member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), a national honorary dental society. She has won numerous awards for her academic and research achievements from organizations such as the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), American Association of Women Dentists, Delta Sigma Delta Dental Society and the Korean American Dental Association (KADA). She was also active in research and has published an article in a scientific journal as well as several abstracts and has presented her research findings in Washington, D.C. at the American and International Associations of Dental Research.
Dr. Chang focuses on comprehensive and preventative care and has a special, gentle manner of handling patients who are fearful of dental treatment. Because of her gentleness, she is especially good with children and sees children of all ages. She also has extensive training in cosmetic dentistry for adults, which includes complete smile makeovers, implants, complicated dental restorations and the latest whitening procedures. As a commitment to keeping up with the latest dental advances, Dr. Chang attends numerous dental conferences and continuing education throughout the year. This has led to her being awarded a Fellow from the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) in 2007. In 2015, Dr. Chang was awarded the Mastership Award from the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD), which is the highest honor available at the AGD and one of the most respected designations within the dental profession. Less than 1% of the dentists in the nation has this achievement. Dr. Chang also invests in the latest technologies to provide the best quality care and comfort for her patients. Dr. Chang believes in helping those in need and volunteers with a medical mission team in Mexico to provide them with much needed dental care. In her free time, Dr. Chang enjoys reading, photography, cycling and traveling with her wonderful husband.

Everyone on staff is very professional and friendly. Although I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time, the doctor always focused on the task at hand and explained exactly what she had found in my xrays and what the next best action was. She gave me time to make questions and make sure I understood the process as well. I was very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Chang and her office staff is magnificent. They were so nice and friendly. They give a new definition and meaning to dentist. They're not the ones that everyone is terrified of. I have to admit that I'm very skeptical of dentist's office but after visiting Dr Chang and her staff. I'll never afraid again

Dr. Chang has been my dentist for 3 years. She has a unique way of making me & my husband feel completely relaxed even when shots are required. I have never felt more at ease about getting a shot. She administers them practically painlessly. The office is beautiful and always clean. There are TVs to watch from the dentist chair & you can watch any show you want from HULU. The office staff are so sweet. You know they care about you & make it a point to make you feel at home. This is not a typical dental office. You are treated like royalty & the work is extremely high quality. You definitely get what you pay for.

I was in a lot of pain and got an appointment right away with Dr Chang. She said I needed a root canal and I was so nervous about it! But she really put me at ease and explained everything. The best part is the root canal didn't even hurt at all! I even fell asleep during the procedure. Even the shot to numb was painless! Dr Chang is so good and really gentle. I highly recommend her!! Her staff are all great too and very helpful!!
