We have seen Dr. Carolina twice times. Both times the staff and the doctor were professional and very nice. The doctor comforted my child and listened to my child's questions and concerns. The wait time is minimal if the other patients behave. It is hard to rush crying children so a longer wait time is understandable. Overall I am very happy with Dr. Carolina and I and plan to stay here.

My 5year old son just came back from his 2nd appointment and i have never seen him so relaxed and happy at the dentist office Dr. Escobedo made my son feel comfortable and easy from the moment he sat on the chair. They did a great job and they know how to work with kids, I could not be happier! Keep up the good work. My 5 year old son was so scared and unhappy with the two previous dentists that we visited, my son needed some work done and none of them would have the patience and i was told he would need to be put to sleep to get the work done and this office did it without anesthesia and is by far the best!

Dr. Carolina Escobedo (Dr. Carolina) was born in Mexico and moved to Florida with her family at the age of 13. She is the third of four siblings and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She attended the University of Central Florida where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Molecular Biology. Dr. Carolina received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from the University of Florida.
Dental school provided Dr. Carolina with an opportunity to complete several mission trips where she provided dental care for adults and children in need. The experience of treating orphans in the Dominican Republic inspired Dr. Carolina to specialize in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Carolina completed a year of advanced education in General Dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center in Manhattan followed by a residency and pediatric dentistry post-doctoral certification in Brooklyn NYU Lutheran Medical Center. During that time she attended mission trips to Guatemala to provide dental services to underserved children.
Dr. Carolina independent studies include research in the areas of anticipatory guidance and infant oral health care. Her work focused on comparing the knowledge amongst new mothers and experienced mothers, as well as comparing infant oral healthcare knowledge amongst different cultures.
Dr. Carolina training in pediatric dentistry has prepared her to perform in all areas of dentistry for children: preventative and restorative dentistry, growth and development, craniofacial anomalies, trauma management, conscious sedation, behavior management, general anesthesia, as well as interceptive and comprehensive orthodontics.

I am extremely happy with the pediatric dentist here. Her and her
hygienist make going to the dentist for my kids something they actually look
forward to. She is great with answering questions and listening to my
concerns. she also really seems to care for my kiddos. She keeps them
comfortable, is kind, and has even showed them the right way to brush their
teeth. This sets them up for a life time of good oral hygiene habits which
is important for them to stay healthy. I can not say enough good things
about them.
