She graduated third in her class and is an active member of the Chi Chapter of the National Dental Honor Society- Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Prior to her D.D.S., she received her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from the University of Michigan. Throughout her undergraduate education, she gained experience in the dental field as a dental assistant and hygienist.
Dr. Guernsey maintains an active commitment to continuing education in the dental field. She stays current in the latest dental treatment options with advanced courses in endodontics, restorative dentistry, dental implants, implant restorations, and Invisalign. Dr. Guernsey is a member of the American Dental Association and of the East Middlesex District of the Massachusetts Dental Society. As a dentist, Dr. Guernsey focuses on providing quality dental care for patients of all ages and backgrounds. With her extensive experience in general dentistry, she is able to provide comprehensive dentistry of the highest quality. Extremely good. The front desk is very professional and courteous. Dr Guernsey and her staff are extremely nice and attentive to the patient's needs throughout the entire appointment. I find it helpful that she takes the extra time to explain what she will do at the appointment in a way that I understand.

The entire experience was great from the minute I entered the office. Eric at the front desk provided me with helpful information about what my insurance may or may not cover. Michelle was so kind and easy to get along with and took me in to get settled for x-rays right away. Dr. Guernsey was knowledgable, moved quickly but with purpose, and overall gave excellent care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I was highly anxious to return to the dentist after a few years of slacking on regular visits. Knew I was in for some work. Dr. Guernsey and her staff have been amazing with my education and treatment. They make sure you are comfortable and understand the treatment each step of the way. I can't say I ever love going to the dentist, but she has made it the best possible experience it could be. Highly recommend, you will receive quality treatment and excellent communication. Office Assistant Eric was friendly, polite, efficient, and fully explained the forms as well as looked up costs as covered by insurance and those that aren't.
Technical Assisant Glenda (sp?) showed excellent skills as a technician, explained in detail specificprocedures, and did an excellent job with X-Rays and the amazing color photography from inside my mouth!
Dr. G introduced herslf immediately and had a gentle and professional approach. She was good-natured and relaxed, very easy to talk with, and her explanations of her diagnosis were clear, professional, and specific. Her examination was thorough, and she used the visuals (X-Rays & photos) as both guides for her examination and useful tools to show me what she thought were the priorities for treatment. She was detailed in her descriptions of the many options I had and encouraged me to think about the plan of treatment she had presented.
Overall, an excellent first experience.

The hygienest and entire staff are very nice as well as professional. Dr. Carrie is very kind and cares about her patients well-being, especially in regards to pain levels during procedures. I never feel rushed and my many questions are answered in layman's terms and with a smile!
