This is one of the best dental offices I've ever been to. The dental hygienist, the dentist and the assistants at the front desk are all very warm, personal, friendly and put you at ease. I've had routine cleanings and the teeth whitening procedure here. After my teeth whitening procedure, my teeth were a little sore which was to be expected. The nice woman at the front desk was so sweet and compassionate as I was checking out. This place demonstrates excellent care and customer service. I highly recommend you go here if you are looking for a great dentist!

The reception and insurance staff show professionalism and respect (I've been to DeKalb Dental Group 3 times).
Dr. Caryn and her assistants also show care and concern for patient comfort and take the time to explain what they are doing.
I realize that there are many people working in the office, and while it's great that everyone seems to enjoy each other, sometimes when a patient hears non-stop extraneous talking and laughing while waiting in the next room, it becomes irritating, and limits the perception of professionalism. Save your stories for the break room...especially if I get the impression that you should be attending to a patient rather than visiting.

Save your stories for the break room...especially if I get the impression that you should be attending to a patient rather than visiting.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel very at ease. Would recommend to anyone who is uneasy about going to the dentist.
