I scheduled a routine cleaning but they had other intentions for my appointment. They only took ex rays and then the dentist briefly looked around in my mouth and called out teeth that he saw cavities in. Then another person came in with a clipboard and lots of prices written down asked when I wanted to schedule my 2 visit deep cleaning and another appointment for fix all of my alleged cavities.

Dr. Kim was a professional in every way.
After filling out the paperwork at the front desk, it was about a two minute wait before I was taken to the back to be seated.
I was pretty nervous about my first extraction but Dr. Kim’s confidence in his practice settled my nerves a bit. He was able to answer any and all questions I had about what was actually going to happen with the procedure. The last thing anyone would want is to be in pain and confused. I would highly recommend this location and staff. I will be returning for all future work.

Even to a person like myself who is terrified of dental work, he was patient and careful and made sure I felt absolutely comfortable and safe throughout the process.
Very professional and an expert in the field. Was in for a tooth that had been severely infected and needed a root canal or removal. He not only saved the tooth with a crown, he also found roots by feel that did not show on the X-ray, then confirmed his finding to be sure he did it perfectly. Flawless work. Very pleased.

Great Dentist. Had a root canal today and some fillings. Dr. Kim is great. I've been to alot off different dentist and I finally found one I really like. He took great care of me and did not make me feel guilty for not keeping up with dental visits. Made me feel very comfortable. Great Dentist will continue to come here event though I live in Federal Way. Totally worth the drive. I recommend Dr. Kim to anyone who wants a dentist that respects and cares about your dental health.

I was referred to REWARDS DENTAL by a friend. I could feel the difference between this clinic and the ones that I used to visit. They spend lot of time educating my about my oral hygiene, how to brush and floss. they show intra-oral pictures of my tooth and I could see why I needed deep cleaning. They are truly great service to the community.

Dr. Chan is very gentle and kind. He did one of my filling and it looks good. I have no pain or sensitivity anymore. Dr. Chan took time to do the filling & did not rush. The staff is also very good & helpful.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Chan. he is extremely good dentist, very honest and straightfoward. I really liked their email/text appointment reminder and confirmation system.
