To start off, I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment simply because the receptionist was late to work. They also asked me several times for my insurance information and my reasons for the visit even though I took the time beforehand to fill all of that information out. So immediately I noticed that they were very disorganized. Dr. Chandra himself had terrible bedside manner. He kept telling me that I had crooked teeth and that I would need at least a year and a half to get them straightened out with invisalign. He's a dentist! Not an orthodontist! On top of that, he said that I needed to be going to the dentist several times a year and replace my toothbrush once a month which I think is completely absurd and unnecessary. This whole time that he's telling me to do this and that, he doesn't give me one chance to rinse so it was even that much more uncomfortable. I do NOT recommend this dentist!!
