It had been a long time since I’ve been to the dentist, so I knew I had some things that needed to be fixed. The hygienist, Shantel, was extremely nice and knowledgeable: she took the time explain everything she was doing and did a good job helping me understand what it took to get my teeth to a more healthy place. Also, Dr. Chari Fletcher-Crayton was a pleasure to speak with and she was also very professional and clear. I got in and out pretty quickly considering everything I needed to get done (x-rays, exam, cleaning).

Dr. Chari Fletcher-Crayton, DDS is very professional in her presentation and patient interaction. She is very caring and exhibits a genuine care and concern for her patients. I have not been disappointed or dissatisfied in any of my visits. Her staff is equally engaged and outgoing in welcoming patients into Crosspoint Family Dental. I would recommend Dr. Crayton with no hesitation and have referred a number of colleagues for dental service and or consultation. They keep me smiling!!

Dr. crayton was amazing! I was so scared and she talked me through the entire root canal! The entire experience was pain-free and I feel 100% better. The dental hygienist (April Rodabaugh) was so kind and soothing in her preparation for the my root canal and Debbie (the assistant) was too! Once again , the entire experience was amazing! I would recommend this office as a 10++++++++++++++. Thank you to the entire staff for making my first major surgery experience a positive one!
