Dr. Charla Apolonio creates a fun, friendly, and judgment-free dental experience where patients feel confident and cared for. She blends her love of science, wellness, and handmade art to bring a well-rounded, thoughtful approach to dentistry.
A proud class salutatorian, Dr. Apolonio also served as the community dentistry outreach coordinator during dental school—a reflection of her deep commitment to giving back. She went on to complete a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
Today, she leads her own radiology specialty practice as Principal Radiologist, interpreting advanced imaging—including cone beam CT scans—to support both providers and patients with expert, behind-the-scenes care.
Outside of work, Dr. Apolonio enjoys exploring Austin with her husband and daughter. Their evenings often end with laughs at home—especially thanks to their spirited 14-year-old dog, who still manages to sneak into the trash in search of treats!
