I saw Dr. Cabler. He was well mannered and took time to answer all my questions and educating me on the options. This is a consult for a second opinion and he did not oversell me like my last dentist did.

Awesome! I have never enjoyed coming to the dentist until now. David is very professional, but takes his time my family. His office is a fun atmosphere and would highly recommend!

DR. DAVID ROACH graduated from the University of Tennesse, Memphis, College of Dentistry in 1994. After graduation, Dr. Roach served three years as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. After his brief military dental career, Dr. Roach came straight to Nashville and has enjoyed private practice in Nashville since 2000.
He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry. Continuing education and professional development is important to Dr. Roach; he is also an active member of the Greater Area Nashville Dental Study Club.
July 2015 we opened a beautiful new office at 3824 Bedford Ave. This new location will make you feel welcome and comfortable. It is full of the latest technologies and the friendliest team.
Patients are NOT required to have dental insurance. We have options available.

I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time. The staff was so unbelievably friendly, explained everything to be clearly, & I never once felt judged. I will recommend Dr. Roach and all of his doctors to everyone I know!

When no other office would work with me financially, they would. I am so thankful for their help in my time of need. The doctor's bedside manner helped to ease my anxieties. He checked in with me often. I've already referred my family to this wonderful office.
