The thorough and proficient staff and Dr. Williams made my visits virtually painless.
My only recommendation would be to pick a day to have extended evening hours for those of us who have a hard time getting out of work for a daytime appointment.

Dr. Williams and his staff are professional and are genuinely friendly (as opposed to plastic friendliness). I've had to wait only once--generally they see me right away and don't waste my time. He takes the time to explain the pros and cons of treatment options. I'm happy that I switched to his practice.
