I have always avoided the dentist because I never liked any of my experiences and I always felt more pain than seemed necessary. As I went through my first visit with Dr. Q, I kept thinking, "Wow! So this is what a great dentist is like!" From everything such as customer satisfaction to providing shades so the patients aren't blinded by the necessary viewing light to having state-of-the-art equipment such as a toothbrush-like digital camera so I could see actual photos of each tooth to providing prizes and goodies for the children, Dr. Q and her staff make those dreaded dentist visits positive ones. She brings in a root canal specialist (whom I have yet to meet) and a periodontial specialist for oral surgery issues, and I expect great things from them, too. The periodontal specialist, Dr. Medina, is a consummate professional who really cares about her patients. After I called her out of concern about how long it would take my bleeding to stop after my tooth extraction, she gave me excellent tips to aid the clotting process and called me twice more that evening, then once more the next morning, to make sure the bleeding had stopped and that I was comfortable with the results and how my pain meds were working. I am thoroughly impressed with these doctors and would highly recommend this staff to everyone I know. Finally, I get to speak highly of my dentist experience. I wasn't sure it would ever happen in my lifetime, and I'm already 40.

Dr. Charlyn is easily the best dentist I have been to in awhile. She took me step by step through what she was doing and why she was going to do it. She also took a lot of pictures of my teeth and instead of just telling me what needed to be taken care of she showed me where and explained what was wrong with each section. I highly recommend this dentist if you are looking for one in this area. I felt like I could trust what she was saying and that she wasn't trying to fix something that wasn't broken.
