Dr. Chen (and her assistant Imani) were EXCELLENT! I used to go to the dentist religiously every 6 months. That changed a few years ago after I developed some sensitivity around a crown that I had put in. The last dentist pretty much made me feel like an idiot because the cleaning he gave me was very painful. I then began avoiding follow-ups out of fear of pain. I finally made my way back after researching Dr. Chen on ZocDoc. I explained my situation. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything as she went, was gentle and actually explained why I was feeling the pain. LOVED HER!! Thank you, Dr. Chen!

The appoint did not feel rushed and she took time to answer my questions. My only complaint would be that when she recommended invisalign it felt a bit like a sales pitch. But overall I would recommend this dentist.

I think I finally found a great dentist in the city (after seeing my fair share of them over the years). Absolutely fantastic experience (as far ask Dentist visits go!) -- Dr. Chen really took the time to *thoroughly* explain my ailing tooth pain and all the treatment options, risks, etc. I also really appreciated not feeling like I was being sold to, but rather honestly given my options and given the room to make my own decision. Dr. Chen also did a great job with the procedure itself, I felt absolutely no pain and she very clearly described pinches or pressure that I could expect to feel along the way. Highly, highly recommended dentist!

Dr. Chen and staff are very friendly and informative. I had pain in the back of my mouth and Dr. Chen immediately did her best to accommodate and relieve the issue. She also suggested different options suitable to my budget.

I decided to switch from my former dentist to Dr. Chen and I'm so glad I did. I saw her for my annual teeth cleaning, cavity filling, and wisdom teeth extraction (separate appointments). She explained what would need to be done and how we would schedule each procedure accordingly. Her team was accommodating throughout my appointments. Dr. Chen made sure to be available after she performed the procedures to answer any questions I had. I referred Dr. Chen to a colleague and she was also happy with her visit.
