It was terrible, I waited one hour and a half to see her. Then I had to change two times of room because the equipment in the rooms were not working ( x -rays machines ).
After that, she told me she did not have the proper glue to repair my porcelain crown.... really, after 90 minutes of waiting....
In addition, I was installed in a room with many tools to do some kind of surgery. I looked at it and asked the assistant why it was there, since I only needed a small procedure. She said “it’s not for you”. It felt weird to have some tools displayed for other patient in the room I was supposed robe treated.... it seemed not clean...

This was my first visit to this practice. Dr. Tummala and her staff are awesome. I visited for a cleaning and consultation. The office was spotless and everyone was so professional. Dr. Tummala is very gentle with her cleanings. For the first time ever, I did not feel discomfort during or after the cleaning! I will be returning with confidence for more dental procedures and I will be switching my son to this dentist as well!

I brought my mom here. Being a new patient, it was a little bit of a wait (less than 30 minutes) to fill out paper work and verify insurance. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The dentist answered all of our questions and made us feel really comfortable. Our appointment ran a little bit after closing but we didn't feel rushed. Someone even called us afterwards to answer our concerns about pricing. We will definitely be back!

Chiranjeevi was very "hands-on" in her practice, & as a result, there did seem to be quite a few interruptions. I had lost a crown, & had stated that in my appointment request, so even though there were like 7 different appointment slots to choose from (on a Saturday afternoon, for a Monday appointment), I had to make a second appointment to come back for a cleaning/examination. However, she took a bite wing X-ray, & gave me a temporary crown, & did not charge me anything. She also offered to help select a specialist for me, in my area, to perform a root canal. She was very thorough, & explained my options required to try & save the tooth, versus an implant.

Dr.Tummala immediately apologized for being late and she explained why. She didn't have to but I thought it was kind. I was at her practice due to a scare at another dentist office and she was more than accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable. She thoroughly explained my X-rays and provided me with an explanation of the medication I would take. I think she did an excellent job with me as a first time client.

I'm simply terrified of dental visits, and had not seen a dentist for almost 2 years. And the only reason I went is because I could no longer eat comfortably. She was very understanding, and made me feel comfortable.
I would recommend her to anyone who is still afraid of the dentist as an adult.

I initially found Dr. Tummala because I had a painful tooth infection on a Saturday, and her office was open. I was pleasantly surprised when she turned out more helpful and knowledgable than the dentist I have been going to for years. I would definitely recommend this dentist.
