My son, who has anxiety about anything dental, had a consult today with Dr. Ferrell. She and her staff were warm, friendly, explained everything step by step, and made him feel so comfortable. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. Her office is also very kid friendly and inviting. I highly recommend Dr. Ferrell and her office to anyone who is considering orthodontia for their children or themselves. Thank you for a great first visit!

Dr. Ferrell is a graduate of Penn State and graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Maryland Dental School, where she also completed her three-year orthodontic residency with a Masters in Oral Biology. Dr. Ferrell has a strong passion for orthodontics and creating beautiful smiles. She is proud to treat each patient as an individual and take the time and attention necessary to provide quality treatment. She currently resides in West Chester with her husband and three children. In her spare time she enjoys art and spending time with family at the beach.

We had a great experience during our first visit. Everyone is super friendly! My 9YO, who is typically anxious visiting dr offices, seemed a little more at ease than usual. She was included in all of the conversations, and things were explained on her level - in a straightforward and non-condescending way.

Everyone was very friendly. My daughter was nervous but everyone was great helping to calm her fears. The waiting room had plenty of activities to keep my younger daughter entertained. I love the concept of the wooden nickel challenge to earn prizes. I do not like the typical treasure box toys, this is a great alternative!
