It's not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Herndon is one of the most incredible people I've ever met. She and her techs were so friendly. I was really frustrated by the experience at first because they asked me to sign saying I'd done something that I hadn't done, then I had to wait 30 mins to get in, and then I found out it was just an initial exam and not a cleaning like I thought, but once I met the techs and Dr. Herndon, I knew I was in the right place.

WOW. I had an incredible experience at this office. From the minute that I walked in to check in for my appointment to the minute I walked out. Every single employee I encountered was friendly and professional. The doctor had such a cheerful personality and explained my xrays super clearly. I appreciated her honesty and transparency. I also loved that it was completely a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE :)

Had my first appointment today and i’m so happy i came here! The staff is so so friendly and so helpful. Dr Herndon is the sweetest, I love her energy- if you have anxiety over the dentist, she’s the one you need to see. This was my first visit and I found Dr Herndon, her hygienist and her technician all to be extremely friendly, attentive listeners, and quite thorough with the initial routine examination of my teeth. The office is sparkling clean and the equipment appears to be new and state-of-the art. An added bonus--the gentleman who works at the front desk and who checked us in was especially warm and welcoming, which both my husband and I really appreciated, because this kind of of welcome does not generally happen in most medical offices. We both commented about how that was a very refreshing and wonderful aspect of our visit.

I LOVE the staff at this office. They are the nicest, most professional group I've ever experienced in a dental office. They really do care about your dental care, they listen to what you say, they remember specifically what you talked about between six month treatments, to the next six month treatment as if the visits were only days apart, rather than months. I just can't say enough nice things about them.

I love Meghan and the Doctors there. My husband and son are seen there as well. I have recommended Carus to multiple people and they love the care! They make it so easy to schedule and I love that they have the whole family schedule printed out for us. Everything is upfront so no extra bills. Everyone from the front desk staff to the last person we see is amazing!

Great and friendly atmosphere, I enjoy the quality of service. As well as the attempt to please your schedule when scheduling appointments. Every visit is pleasant and satisfying, I have never experience long wait time and I have been a patient for a year now. I will and would highly recommend Carus Dental for all ages!
