Had a feeling that the dental assistant was trying to rush through the last few x-rays since another patient was waiting. Biting down the x-ray sensor was slightly painful and she could have tried to adjust the position to make me feel more comfortable. Dr. Lau did an acceptable job of cleaning my teeth yet the water from the water pick kept dripping down the neck the whole time. He didn't go over the x-rays with me so I had no idea why I had to take it in the first place and what's going on in my mouth. Though, he answers your questions.
Overall, I think the office is somewhat understaffed and hence overbooked. The quality is acceptable and the receptionist does a decent job greeting patients.

Dr. Lau was patient and explained every process he was going to do before starting it. He also answered all my questions in detail, and I have never been to a dentist as patient and understand as he has been. I will definitely want to go back to him as my regular dentist!

Overall. I had a pleasant experience. Dr Lau told me what he was going to do and asked about the pain. (Wisdom tooth extraction) it was quick and kinda painless.

Staff was great. Attended me right away, however the wait time to actually be seen by the dentist was more than an hour. I had a cleaning which wasn't great, just ok. The dentist didn't clean with toothpaste which I found weird.

All I can say is EXCELLENT!!! Went in for a root canal, hardly even felt the anesthetic injection. Dr. Lau's technique and bedside manner is one of the best I have experienced. He explained to me the entire procedure and addressed any of my concerns. Even called me the next day to make sure my tooth was okay. Will be returning! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dentist!

Wonderful experience. Went in for a cleaning and came back out with sparkling clean teeth. I haven't gone to the dentist for a few years, so did have some stains (if you're a coffee drinker you know what I mean). Dr. Lau was very thorough and patient. The entire staff was extremely friendly and made my experience a pleasure. Now I have found a dentist I will be returning to!!!

Visits are always an adventure...Pleasant assistants and hygienists lead me to chairs with their kind demeanor, take X-rays with great care, offer supportive advice for proper dental care and refer me to the right oral surgeon when necessary. The family-feel in this professional office keeps me smiling proudly with my pearly-whites!

Our children stated that Dr. Lau doesn't "say much" therefore not a good impression. We come from a medical background; quite particular and picky with clinicians. We need to feel welcomed, comfortable and that our questions are answered for reassurance. Thank you.
