Dr. Posso was vey efficient and very nice. She explained everything. I was dreading the visit but everyone was friendly, professional and kind. It turned out to be a good visit.

The first issue was that I had filled out the majority of their forms online but was told that, as a new patient, I had to fill out the paper forms again.
Secondly, the insurance was a hassle. The young lady made an issue out of the fact that I didn't know whether Kaiser Permanente was an HMO or a PPO. As a professional who works in the medical field she could have been a bit more helpful-- she did call but her manner left something to be desired.
Lastly, I was informed that X-rays would taken first and then my concerns would be addressed! I asked why they would take X-rays when she had no idea why I was there. I was told that that is how it is done! I mentioned that I was there for just a consultation and she said that first X-rays and then they would address 'my concerns'.
I walked out.

I completed my treatment with Dr. Posso. Everything has been really good. She explains very through what you need and the staff is really friendly too. Now my mom, sister and nephews are seeing her.
